American Kenpo Karate Academy helps women develop the self confidence they need to survive in our unpredictable society. American Kenpo Karate Academy will not only give you an aerobic workout but you will also learn to defend yourself. Women training will have an edge by carrying the self confidence and awareness taught to them into their everyday lives. We cater our workouts to the individual student so they train at their own pace All classes are taught professionally so the student doesn't need to worry about injury, they just work on gaining results.

Since all men don't have the same physical capabilities, American Kenpo Karate Academy will assist men into developing strength, endurance, agility and explosiveness. Men will learn how to channel their new talents into a scientifically proven self defense system. American Kenpo Karate Academy will help to develop the self confidence that you need to protect your family and property, if the need arises.

The great thing about our classes is they are like an exercise program with a bonus! You learn to defend yourself while you get in shape. Also, unlike some aerobics classes, you never feel out of place because everyone works at their own individual pace. We know most people have never taken a martial arts h’s great. Our instructors are patient, professional and totally committed to your progress.

Our Class Schedule

Our class schedule is flexible, with having classes every night; Monday through Friday, and morning classes on Saturdays. As a student you can also request private sessions with Sensei Ponce.
